Very unhappy. Need my policy to be canceled.

I am very unhappy with Miway. I was insured for one vehicle and requested a quotation on a second one. I could not afford the premium and requested the policy to be canceled. Instead of cancelling it, the consultant proceeded with adding the second vehicle onto my policy, and did not cancel it as requested. I am very displeased with this, I cannot afford the premium, and I have already concluded a policy with another company, whose premium I can afford. Kindly assist me to cancel the policy, as I had initially requested.
