Very satisfied with customer service from Shaun Naidoo.
It was a pleasure having Shaun Naidoo as the assessor on our claim. He continually explained everything to us regarding the process and kept us up to date along the way. Thank You Shaun and Miway for handling our claim with empathy and compassion while still remaining professional.
