I am pleased with the level of service I received from MiWay. My claim was unique due to circumstances and was a bit of a hassle to complete. The handler of my claim stayed in touch each and everyday updating me. He really made me feel like part of the MiWay family. Due to circumstances my claim did not look very positive and I was about to give in and accept the facts. When I was about to give in his Manager contracted me to see what options we have. His expertise came in to play and he calmed me down and made a few suggestions and we where able to approve the claim. Today I am very happy with the service of MiWay and I want to give all the credits to my handler Tshepo Temane and his Manager Vinesh Sumaro.
