Very quick response

Very quick response. I emailed them last night and they called me back today. Both agents who assisted me were on point - Tshepo Denga and Naqiyah. I had wanted to find out if they could match a quote I had received. The were quick to spot the differences that caused the big differences in the premium. This shows they know their story very well, in-and-out. They taught me quite a bit and I appreciate that. They were also very positive, they interacted with me in a positive way, they were enthusiastic and keen to solve the issue, especially for a Friday afternoon. The interaction sharpened my knowledge and understanding. The two consultants taught me to maintain my positive attitude in the work place by simply doing that themselves. Thank you.
