Very Professional

Very Professional. Just one problem I have. Not with the Agent. But i would like if i want to make contact again with miway. If i can speak with the same agent everytime. It makes it easier. If you call 3 times in one week, and you have to explain everything over and over and struggle to find the person who helped you. Then it becomes a problem. Also on the Miway chat, ive find it a few times where i ask to speak to a spesiffic agent who helped me the previouse day, and then the current agent just leaves the chat without assisiting me. It has happend a few times.. However. The agent who helped me today, Both of them, Thanks! You guys assisted me quickly and Professionally.
