Very professional and Prompt resolution!
One of my valuable home appliances was accidentally damaged. I logged a claim with MiWay and I was assisted by Lungile Khatle. She was very professional and prompt. Upon submission of the correct supporting documentation, my claim was resolved in just a few days. In fact the replacement product was actually an upgrade from my damaged appliance! Well done MiWay for your continued support, and honouring your commitment.
