Very Professional and Helpful

I phoned MIWay insurance this morning very irritated because my excess and premiums had gone up quite a lot due to the annual policy increase. However I spoke to a very helpful and friendly lady named Nox who not only decreased my premium but also my excess, and despite my irritation she did not once lose her cool. I wish more people in this industry were like this...thanks again Nox!
