Very Poor Service from Miway Legal dept re:reclaim
On the 31st October 2015, my wife was involved in an accident when a biker knocked into her. We submitted all the reports timeously& received a Claim no C676594.<br> <br> I have been trying to follow up & get feedback regarding the re-claiming of my excess with the Miway Legal dept (Mohlago Makwela) for the last six months, but I have had no joy. <br> <br> When i do get through it has been excuse upon excuse & it is become highly frustrating trying to get hold of her or the status on re-claiming my excess.
