Very poor service from miway insurance

I logged the claim with miway insurance in January this year since the these nothing from them i sent all the relevant documents they have requested including the diagnoses report i got from Jeep but now they tell me that is not the report , even Jeep dealer tried to contact them and the second person now who told me that the claim he will be handling it , does not even bother to return to my email or call me back .My claim is
