Very poor service

I logged a claim with Miway which was approved in a timely manner. C***

However, when the vehicle was taken off my property it had no scratch on the passenger side. The vehicle has been with the repairer for over 5 weeks for the front right hand side damage. I have reported the scratch and sent through pictures for answers as to how did the car get that scratch. I have sent emails to Jaymeen Patel and to today I haven't received any feedback. The service I'm receiving from Miway is extremely appalling. I have been with Miway for over 5 years and have all my vehicles insured under them.

No one bothers to give you an update or feedback. Kindly refer me to a insurer who is committed to giving customers the service that's due to them. Miway is just there to milk us of hard earned money and not deliver what they promise.
