Very poor service

It’s been over two months and nobody has contacted me regarding with poor work done by your car bodywork service provider, Mike Evan’s Auto Body. I had emailed Nelisiwe who spoke to the owner, but he had **** to her. How can a car wash strip the paint??? I had washed the car numerous times before that. I requested a manager/senior to call me, but have not received that call to date

Very disappointed, and I’m driving a black car that has white strip and patches. This is your service providers doing and I want it resolved
