Very poor response and follow up to my claim
Very poor response and follow up to my claim. Claim was approved but not sent to panel beater for a week. Only sent to panel beater as I kept following up with them. Their claims query line does not work. The only 2 persons that went above and beyond are Jermaine Gounden and Kwena Papole who actually resolved my issue and understood the issue
