Very poor customer service
I had a car accident 1st week of Feb 2022 and now the 25th of March their assessor calls me telling me they can't pay for other damages on my car cause they are wear and tear. My car was driving smooth before the accident and now they can't fix it. Are there parts on the car that are not wear and tear??
MiWay was very good in signing me and Extremely bad in helping when you need one.

27 Mar 2022, 17:03The panel beater you sent my car to did a very bad job on my car and this is really uneccaptable.
1. The paint job is very bad, now my car have different colors on the mirrors and the body.
2. The front boot was not sprayed properly inside.
3. They over sprayed on the front grill and front lights.
Let me say the paint job is horrible cause I can write a book talking about it.
4. I don't understand if they said the car was tested before releasing it but still:
4.1 the car still doesn't have power like it used to, Turbo not boosting and the car was smooth before the accident.
4.2 The engine management light on, it was never on before the accident.
4.3 wheel alignment is off but they said it was aligned.
Seem like they were tacking chances with my car.
5. The front boot is loose.
6. My sun glasses were ******
7. Driver's side under foot mat is missing.
I can go on and on with the service that I've received @ Diamond guard panel beaters and seriously I would appreciate if my car can be fixed accordingly.
