Very poor communication in Claims

I was involved in an accident and my car was taken to the repairer. I received no communication from Miway for 30 days from the date the car was received by the repairing company. The repairer assessed the damages and submitted the report to Miway for repairs. No communication was received as well. I called Miway and they promised to call me back within 72 hours. No call was ever returned. It's very upsetting and disturbing.
