Very polite

The reason for a 4 and not 5 star rating is because I have not had to go through the process of making a claim yet. I have been with MiWay Insurance for about a year now and every interaction with them has been great. Everyone I have had the opportunity to interact with has been very friendly. What I also like is how if you make the call to them, they ask if you would like them to call you back instead in order to save your airtime. My experience with MiWay so far has been great. I will update this review after I make my first claim (whenever that will be). I hope the 4 stars will move up to 5! #WIN
