Very polite and helpful

<p>I received a call from Buhle Nkuna regarding a mix up with my policy. I was informed that i sent a request for a cancelation of my policy, which was not true. Buhle was really helpfull in fixing the mix up. She was so patient and listened to my side of the story. She apologised for the confussion and i must say Miway is fortunate to have an empoyee who is dedicated like she is.</p>
