I had an accident on the 17/03/2016 submitted the claim to Miway at about 2weeks claim was approved then they sent the car to the panelbeater after a week panelbeater said to me they've picked up some additional work so they waiting for authorisation from insurance in order for them to start the car after then I was told by the panelbeater that insurance is writing off my car because it's economical repairable I was against with their decision because my car was not that bad to a point that they will write it off but then again I saw that I'm fighting a losing battle then I gave them all the documents for them to settle the car but till now my car is not settled am now without a car for two months I'm even paying for the car that I'm not using I don't even know what's delaying them I'm theone who must phone them everyday the lady who's in charge of my claim Sashentha Kuni is so useless she never call me or update on what's going on my claim I'm the one who always call or send emails they always request settlement letter from me and don't settle the car the settlement letter only valid for a week and every time I request it,its charges me I don't get it free but with them every week they ask forsettlement letter and don't pay the car I'm really tired of this claim thing I don't even I will ever recommends miway insurance to everyone I know not to mention myself I will never and again be with miway
