Very Honest help

<p>My car had broken down, I called the emergency line to get a tow truck.</p> <p>To cut a long story short, I was made to pay for excess kiliometres based on the fact that the MiWay consultant helping could not find a vehicle to dispatch much closer to my vicinity and because I was stranded, I accepted the charges. </p> <p> </p> <p>Upon questioning the tow truck driver about where he was when the call had come through, I realised that he was only 4 km's away from my vicinity at the time of dispatch... livid, I called the call centre to enquire about why I had been charged for excess kilometres when 1stly - i was within the 40km towing limit and 2ndly given the fact that it is not my fault that there were supposedly no trucks available between the whole kempton park and midrand area..... and then to find out from the tow truck driver that he was only 4 km's away.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is when Willan Maswanganyi at MiWay assisted me, the level of proffesionalism, compasion and understanding he showed towards me and my case were beyond belief. </p> <p>He took to solving my issue and then promised to get back to me with a resolution, having heard that line before, I braced myself for another showdown if he didnt call. I was going to move my policy, my parent's policy, my sisters policy and any body else that i could convince to move away from MiWay to another service provider that has been trying to woooh me. lol.... Im serious, but because of Willian, I am one of Miways happeist clients simly because he cared enough to sort out my situation. </p> <p> </p> <p>Im happy to say that, come my next premium at the end of the month, the money Iwas wrongfully charged will be deducted from the premium.</p> <p> </p> <p>That is STAR quality service.
