Very Helpful

I was a bit unhappy because I saw my premium had increased with R40. I've been with them for 2 years, always paid on time and never had any claims. I gave MiWay a call and I got through to Mpho. He was super helpful in explaining why it had increased, and when I asked if they could reduce my premium he spoke to his manager, KG, and they managed to reduce it to even less than what I had been paying before. I earn a small salary so every bit I can save helps. Thank you for the awesome service! :)
