I would like to compliment Joshua Gounden from Mi Way Insurance for successfully recovering my excess and getting it refunded to me. It was a long drawn out challenge in tracing the other party involved in the vehicle accident. But Joshua persisted and eventually came up on top. Thank you Joshua , job well done.
