Very good service & excellent price

A few weeks back I got a call from MiWay to quote me for insurance and they were cheaper than my current insurer, they also responded to my needs and the process was easy with some phone calls and emails. The sales team made signing up simple and MiWay was affordable, I paid my annual premium and received my paperwork. I was surprised to see an even lower premium on the paperwork and sent an email about this and a few corrections. Yesterday I chatted to Mandla Msiza on the Miway app and then via email. Today, less than a day later Mandla called me to confirm a refund on my premium and that all the little errors were corrected. I have since received an SMS confirming the refund is in process and was emailed new, corrected paperwork. Really great service from MiWay all round, efficiency from Mandla and overall unbelievable premium! I am very happy with my switch so far!
