Ok,,, Thapelo Masinga is the person I always prefer to talk to when I call miway because I believe he understand me as a client. It is like going to a Doctor. One would prefer to use one Dr as they have your previous information or knows your health history, as a result you don't have to always explain yourself to him. Thapelo always has this energy of assisting people and I am sure It is not only me. He always has a great attitude towards his work. I am actually learning a lot from him in a process, I want to be like him at my work environment. He always reminds me to have a great attitude towards my own clients. I am sure miway is very proud to have an employee like him who assist the company to retain their clients and keep them happy all the time.
