Very frustrated and unhappy about miway service!

On 30 March my was hit by another that caused the front bumper to come out and miway fixed it but after a month my car experienced an engine failure then I referred the problem back to miway telling them that how can my car experience engine issues within a month I had been fixed, then they requested that I should take it up with the panel beaters and the panel beaters towed my car after two hours they confirmed that it was a cum belt and not caused by accident. Then I requested miway to tow the car to my mechanic then after a few days my mechanic found out that the cum belt was still fine but there was a drop velvet and damaged pistols. I then referred this issue to miway as the panel beaters **** that it was a cum belt yet it was velvet and pistols. Then my insurance send the same inspector that inspected before it was panel beated and still says that my car was not accident related yet what bothers me the most is that why was this issue not picked when it was being panel beated then I insisted that the issue is accident related then a specialist was brought in by miway, then he also mentioned a whole lot of things before he arrives on the issue of my car now all this took more than six months to get a conclusion that they won't fix my car and Renault Menlyn with regard to drop velvet and pistols they it can only happen only if the cum belt snaps . Now I'm busy trying to raise money to have my car fixed and I'm really unhappy by how everything went out ,my car had been fixed before without any issues and now this current issue at hand has changed my perspective about miway hence I'm writing this review. I believe that my car sustained a reasonable amount of impact that caused certain components like velvet to bend and drop, this is common sense and I don't have to be a specialist or mechanic to know that my car experienced an accident related issues.
