Very Friendly, Very Considerate

I spoke with Tumelo about reviewing my premium as I've been under some financial strain lately. He was very friendly, very considerate of the times and advised me on the best way to handle the changes based on how long I've been with MiWay. He informed me of options on how to even make money from referrals which I plan to use (we need all the help we can get right now) and offered me a 50% premium holiday for a month after which I will be a member for 1 year and in a better position to decrease my premium. I also appreciate that MiWay covered the cost of the call by calling me back immediately after called them.
