Very efficient and very humane, perfect!

Called MiWay to enquire about why I haven't received my policy documents, I was assisted by a lady named Ramasela, she was supa awesome, her patience and professionalism is what I really expected from MiWay, and mos def, if MiWay can continue employing more stuff like her, MiWay will remain the best insurance company. Oh, and she wasn't even afraid to assist me I my own African language, which made me feel at home. I rate her 100/100
