Very disappointing service

Please do not sign a policy with this company. You will likely regret it. I got into a minor accident caused by another driver on 20 February. My car was written off by MiWay insurance two days later. On 23 February the documents confirming the economic write off were sent through to me. On 21 March I handed over my car to SMD and I gave the insurance company the ownership papers. Today is 12 May and MiWay did not pay me the value of my vehicle. I plan on using the money from the claim to pay a deposit on a new car. But I cannot buy a new car because my claim is not paid. I’m spending more money on transport now than I did when I had a car. Thanks a lot, MiWay.
