Very disappointed client

I was involved in a hit and run accident on the 22 August 2024 early morning I called my insurance MyWay they asked me if the car is drivable and I said yes they said I must go to police station which I did they didn't dispatched the assessor to do a physical assessment they said I must send photos which I did so they concluded by saying my car is a write off which I strongly disagree them they further told me to take my car to Brakpan to panelbeaters when I demanded a physical assessment and I wasn't expecting such response from them because the car right mirror is damaged
