Very disappointed ☹️

I’m utterly disappointed with MiWay ☹️ After 5 years of being insured with you and NOT CLAIMING this is the service I get?????? How can my premium go up like that???? This is just a one way relationship!!! Not to mention the rude and unprofessional consultant that I had to deal with!!!! I guess I might as well find myself another RELIABLE insurance!!!!

I would like to thank Adelaide Twala for her great service after my last experience. I have NEVER came across such a great, friendly and sweet agent! You’re a very good asset to MiWay, honestly she’s the best and she resolved my problem so easy! She deserves ?????
