VERY BAD SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL

Bad Service On the 29 March 2021 was going to repair my car at one of the panelbeaters in nelspruit then was suppose to get the courtesy car from Avis, yho the service I got from the Nonsense MiyWay was zero the knew from February that my was due for repair on the 29 March and i suppose to get another car cause I live 300km away from Nelspruit but they didn't care about I don't know or if I'm black or what, I dropped my car at the panelbeaters at 8:30 and after I phoned Miway about the courtesy car cause my car was going to take 3 to 5 to repair it, it took me 2 hours to get hold of Miway to organiser the courtesy car for me, then after that I waited for 3 hours for Avis to call me back the car still I have to be the one to call Miway to tell them I'm still waiting for a car, still myself j have to call Avis that I'm still waiting for the car and I live very far and it getting late, later Avis call me and tell me they don't b Ave a car available for me and Miway said there's nothing they can do, I waisted my energy, time and money, and risk my life to get home I took 3 taxis cause it far and it was already late, Vuyo from miway even today he doesn't call me or reply my emails. The way I see Miway it depends on who you are or skin colour, those ****en people from MIYWAY played me even today I'm still angry with Miway they promise me to refund my money transport but I last heard from them that incident happened, they don't communicate with me anymore, they just disappeared, I don't advise anyone to consider Miway as they're Insurance, BAD SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL, LIES
