Very bad service_MiWay

It is with great sadness that I write this report. I have been waiting for approval for repairs to my car from an accident that happened on the 14th Feb 2020. The lady assigned to my case NEVER responds until I send numerous follow up emails and the damage is less then R21k. I find this level of service really disappointing and Suzan Baloyi does not know how to keep a person informed!
