Very Bad Service

After having an accident in March Miway towed my car to their preferred panel beater (Renew-it Bedfordview) that failed to fixed the vehicle accordingly, the car had problems the very same day I collected it, I immediately informed Miway and the panel beater, which I was told its not their fault, I had to hire a car while my car has problems, Miway then on the following day said they will arrange to tow it and that was on Monday 15 June 2020, till this day I am still waiting. to this date no one has cared to sort this mess out except "we will come back to you". What is the point of having this insurance if it fails to do what it claims to be good at.
