Very bad service

They want to write off my car which is fixable..My vehicle finance acc balance is R454 000, So they said quotation is R154 000 and they can only spend R137 000, so if it's more than that ,The car must be written off..I asked them to give me that R137k or 90k I'll top up myself.They said no. So thay want is to pay the settlement balance n take my car, But they can't pay anything to me to top up n fix my car by myself..They can't even allow me to buy parts by my own at cheaper places
