very bad service by miyway credit lifr nxa

Last year I was retrenched I had a credit life cover with miway. Last year my claim was approved and very month. No problem. Nut today am told that they cant pay my debts because of unpaid debit for jan. To my surprise how does this happen. Cause they have been paying wth no problem.
