Very bad service

Unbelievably bad service! We have been waiting for 4 days for feedback on a very simple claim. No managers available to escalate it to and the poor consultant does not know what to tell us anymore. If they treat a client with a rather substantial portfolio like this, they will definitely lose all support. We are already requesting quotes from other insurance companies.
