Very bad Insurance

I think I praised Miway too much until they showed me they true colors. I have had a problem from Saturday with a geyser leaking. They have sent an assessor out only on Monday as they said they can't assist on a Saturday. On Monday the assessor advised what was the problem, they demanded they need to send another assessor out so they did so on Monday later on, the assessor picked up the problem and also advised that we risking our life because the geyser is not structured properly and our roof is wet and leaking and that anytime the geyser is going to fall out of place , he then gave his assessment back to the insurance , from Monday they still haven't sent out anybody, we calling them whole day and they giving us a story , today they promised they will be here by 9, they repeated the story until now and its past 7 and they haven't assisted us . They know what a big risk it is and it was told to them, they just giving us false promises everytime and say we are aware. I cant believe Miway Insurance is so terrible. I would not recommend anyone to have this insurance. We still waiting for them.
