Very bad experience with the person who was assisting me with the claim , i give miway 3 stars because of that, Kamogelo Sebesho the last person to assist me deserves a 5 stars rating,his customer serviceis is very excellent, he explained all in details and shows empathy.i had my First claim and i cancelled the cover with immediate effect ,because i believe i submitted all they asked for,because someone didn't do their job well to advise me on time this claim took a month, later im told my submission was not complete, this was gonna be avoidable if Doctor Mafisa valued his clients and respond to his emails.
