Very bad experience trying to cancel my insurance

They are swift and helpful to get you covered and start taking your money. But try and cancel something and it's a whole other ball game. I had such a huge battle to cancel everything with them, and once you mention cancellation all those friendly people turn into rude unhelpful ones.
