Very bad claims department

I lodged a valid hail claim with MiWay insurance after the massive hail storm that hit Krugersdorp on the 09th of January 2016. The hail storm destroyed my neighbours garage and even did a lot of damage to all the neighbours properties around me. Even the Key West shopping centre's roof caved in which is about 3 blocks away from my house. My home also had quite a lot of damage so I lodged a claim for all the damages to my home. MiWay turns around and says they are not going to repair my house. Then I am contacted by them and I explain exactly what happened during the hail storm to my house yet they still refuse to do my claim. I have lodged a complaint with their dispute department and will see how that goes. I cannot believe that I can be treated like this by my insurance company who I have been with for a long time. MiWay says that they do things \your\" way but according to me they do it \"Their\" way. All I can say is I am ashamed to be part of MiWay and I will be changing my insurance company in the near future. Shame on you MiWay I hope you are now satisfied. I cannot believe that MiWay would do this to a loyal client. I will see how my dispute is handled by YOU"
