very bad billing of accounts

debiting my account on the 14th when the debit order date is for the 1st of the month, how can they debit my account when i didnt even get paid yet. definitely considering changing my insurance now, then when asking for the money to be refunded they ask for bank statements, now i must go to the bank and pay for a bank statement to get my money back then to i have to wait 3 working days. very very disappointed........
