very angry customer

I am so so disappointed with mi way, i've absolutely received bad services, I won't recommend it to any person!!! They are so unprofessional, at first I had to go through a very bad experience where I was ******, when I had to make a claim, they did phone me back, where I had to give them proof of all my belongings, and police case numbers ect, after a day I received another call from the assessor, they made me feel as if I was the one who stole my items, they constantly called me wanted to know exactly what went wrong and another day passed where they let me know that I had to supply so much paperwork that it was impossible to supply. When I decided to cancell the exstra insurance because it is no use paying for something every month and you won't be able to claim, the next day they called me again requested me to cancel my car insurance also...after they did took my monthly installment paid for march, I will most definitely tell everyone I know not to consider mi way as an insurance company...
