Very efficient, helpful, well spoken individual. <br> <br> This young man, was extremely helpful, made this rather long process feel like small waters....took time to clearly explain the policies to me. I have never been one to compliment people within the insurance realm, but in this instance I feel this gentlemen deserves my honour and decoration.<br> <br> from his initial assistance on Friday the 23rd of Oct, to date being the 26th.
