Vehicle insurance Excess monthly premium

My monthly premiums were raised on my vehicle insurance policy after the usual annual update, however, I noticed the excess on my policy was also raised from R1500 to R4200! After an initial struggle to get a consultant to assist me in returning my policy's excess to R1500 without increasing my monthly premium (as I had already negotiated the lower excess with the monthly increase the year before), I managed to get it sorted a week later with the assistance of a MiWay Senior Advisor, Maduvha Thathaiso, who was extremely professional and helpful and who phoned me back promptly, as he advised he would!
