Vehicle Claim
I'm getting really irritated with MiWay. I have been sent from pillar to post trying to get hold of Sanet Jacobs. Honestly, I have been nice all along, but I am over it now! I have wasted my airtime trying to get Sanet to call me back like she said she would on Tuesday. Your customer service actually stinks! I was also told on Tuesday by another agent that Sanet will call me back, still nothing. I just need an update on this claim, I updated Sanet when she needed to know about my documents, why can't she do the same?
