Vehicle Claim

Unhappy with how my claim is being handled miway appointed this useless panel beaters that did not stick to the communicated turn around time,no feedback is given to me by both miway n the panel beaters I am constantly calling and receiving no joy,now to top it off they want me fit cheaper tyres than what I originally had, telling me I have to go fit them myself and incur towing costs. I am really frustrated by this whole experience and strongly considering switching insurance🤨
