utterly disappointing - Misleading

After being insured with Miway for a time, I heard from a friend if you refer other clients to them you can earn money into your account. My Fiance was complaining about her insurer and the excess fees after she wanted to claim.

I phoned Miway to enquire about the Namedrop as they called it, and the representative told me to keep the policy number/ID number to claim after 3 successful months of payments.

So I did follow this.

Miway now claims you have to apply for your policy online for this to take affect and we do not qualify for the namedrop "Bonus".

If for any reason we new we should have done it via the online application we would have done it this way.

Don't think I we will be doing business with MiWay for much longer even if we have to pay more with a more RELIABLE insurer.
