Utterly disappointed

So I claimed from miway after hitting a pothole to claim on my tyre cover.. guess what they consider hitting a pothole and accident noone told me this when I took this cover, after being such a loyal client who doesn't claim and the first time I claim they are not helpful. I was told the access is R345 of something like that but now all of a sudden I must pay R5000 for fixtures of R7000 which dont even make sense to me.
