usless insurance

I was thinking when people say Miway will give you a run around when you claim, now im experiencing it.i submited a claim and now im being told they need to do validation but when i pay they are not asking for thoses validation, i have to call then everytime. I am definetly cancelling this **** anyone with adive on which insurance i can use because if im stuggling with a claim of sreatch and dent cover and im been given a problem it means when the car is in a bad state they are gonna give me bigger problems. i have been with them since 2015, so all my money just went in a drain.
