Useless Useless Useless

So get this. I purchased a new vehicle and cancelled my insurance with MiWay on 15 December 2017. For those who have had to do this will know they refund you the remainder of the months money. Mine was supposed to be R970 something. They sent me a cancellation letter confirming the policy has been cancelled. So I phoned them today as I still dont have my refund. They tell me they cant send it without proof that I sold the vehicle. So.....what the hell has it got to do with you why I cancelled the policy whether it is new insurance ir if I sold the car????? Anyway...I sent the proof that the car was sold. The agent told me its not signed so it is ot proof.....so I sent him the signed copy.....suddenly the agent went quiet...not even a response to my email. So...refund me or I will go to the Ombudsman...its that easy.
