Useless service

<p>I am so dissapointed with MIway. I have been trying to lower my premium for a week, i called in on Tuesday and the consultant said she can't help, i then deciced to try and cancel it so that i could get a senior consultant to help me and not one person has called me back. I have called Hendry for four days now and everytime i leave a message i dont get a call back. Not only do i leave a message on his direct number but i have left my number with a consultant but it seems like they are not passing on the message. This has reflected very poorly on Miway and i was not going to cancel but after this week i am done with ****py service from Miway. Moving to wesbank.</p>
