USELESS OUTSOURCING COMPANIES AND THE CLAIMS DEPT WHO GO BY WHAT THEY SAY!

My claim regarding my fridge was rejected due to a company they sent out to have it inspected said a fridge of 4 and a half years old (SAMSUNG) couldn't be repaired due to wear and tare and the guy that was sent hardly even checked any thing (which I brought to their attention).

I was then forced to purchase another fridge due to that report. Not even 2 weeks later not wanting to give up on my old fridge had another company come out to check it. Switched the fridge on checking to see what was wrong.... The fridge then now works it's been on for 2 days now with no fault and I was advised to contact them if and when it does give and issue. These *********** people miway sent me did nothing and then rejected my claim.

I'm now sitting with that big expense of having purchased a other fridge and having my old 1 working all of a sudden.

And I brought it to your attention twice by disputing the claim but to no avail.

You and the people you use are *********** telling me that their was nothing they could do for it! U told me I could claim or have it repaired.
